Masindi Kitara Diocese receives a New Bishop.
Rev. Can. Joshua Kugonza was consecrated and enthroned 3rd Bishop of Masindi Kitara Diocese by Archbishop Stephen Kaziimba. He has succeeded Bishop George William Asiimwe Kasangaki. The ceremony was held at St. Mathew's Cathedral.
