@myvoltas and i called to customer care, so they just gave this mail id, they said they can't do anything about it since my complaint was not registered.
This is what customer relationship you would maintain with customers.
I need proper action to be taken on that service centre.

First thing how can he shout on customer that too on a woman.
If he would have spoke to me with respect i would have understand.

@myvoltas again i called to the same person, now he was saying we must replace chasis.
I called to same service centre who assigned this sathya vel to us and explained this scenario.
I asked my rs.600 refund, the manager in that server centre was soooo rude to me.
