InterLink Labs Is Preparing a Reverse Auction Buyback Mechanism

As part of its long-term treasury strategy, @inter_link Labs is preparing to launch a Reverse Auction Buyback mechanism for the community.

Unlike traditional buybacks where the organization announces a fixed purchase price, this mechanism allows the market itself to determine the most efficient price through a transparent submission process.

The proposed workflow is as follows:

Step 1. Submit Your Offer

Community members who wish to sell ITL will submit a form containing:

• The amount of ITL they want to sell.
• Their asking price per ITL.

Step 2. Deposit Verification

To prevent spam and fake submissions, each participant will deposit 0.1 ITL by sending it to the official InterLink Labs Treasury wallet.

This small deposit serves only as proof that the submission is genuine.

Step 3. Submit Transaction Information

After completing the transfer, users will provide:

• The transaction hash (TxHash) of the 0.1 ITL deposit.
• Their BEP20 USDT wallet address, which will be used if their offer is accepted.

Step 4. Reverse Auction Selection

After the submission period ends, InterLink Labs will review all offers.

Rather than purchasing from everyone, the treasury may select offers based on the reverse auction mechanism, prioritizing the most efficient prices while considering the available treasury budget.

Selected participants will receive USDT directly to the BEP20 wallet they submitted.

This mechanism is designed to create a transparent, market-driven buyback process while ensuring that every submission is verifiable and resistant to spam.

More technical details, including the official treasury wallet, submission form, auction schedule, and settlement timeline, will be announced before the system goes live.

Beyond simply repurchasing ITL, this mechanism represents a healthier way to manage treasury assets within the InterLink ecosystem.

Instead of relying on arbitrary buyback prices or over-the-counter negotiations, every participant competes under the same transparent rules. The market determines the most efficient selling price, allowing the treasury to maximize the value of every dollar it spends while reducing manipulation and speculation.

Over the long term, the Reverse Auction mechanism can become a sustainable treasury management tool for the entire ecosystem. As more organizations, dApps, and business tokens launch on @inter_link, they will be able to repurchase ITL from the open market using the same transparent process instead of requesting token allocations from the Foundation.

This creates a stronger economic cycle where organizations become financially independent, treasury decisions become measurable and accountable, and buy pressure is generated through real economic activity rather than token issuance. Ultimately, the value of ITL is supported by organizations willing to spend real capital to accumulate the asset, creating a healthier and more sustainable ecosystem for everyone.

There is one thing that is certain: nothing is ever certain.

As Chairman of @itl_fdn, I have established the following rules:

3. ITL is an asset that belongs to everyone. It does not belong to the Foundation, InterLink Labs, the core team, ambassadors, or any individual. No single person has the right to control its future. Every decision must always put the interests of InterLink above any personal interest.
4. The mission of ITL is not only to build one of the world’s leading payment and Real World Asset ecosystems, but also to democratize digital asset ownership for everyone around the world, including one billion users.

Ten million users may seem like a huge milestone, but it is not when our vision is one billion users. It represents only 1% of our ultimate goal.

Therefore, on the occasion of celebrating 10 million Linkers, I have the following requests:

1. @scott_itl, please focus on accelerating the verification process, with particular priority given to Level 3 verification and migration during this period, especially throughout this week and next week as we celebrate the 10 million users milestone.
2. @inter_link Labs, please focus on completing the buyback mechanism after the proposal has been approved by @itl_fdn. The mechanism should be completed before August 6, 2026.
3. Regarding the ITL acquired through the buyback, the final decision belongs to the InterLink Labs core team. However, I encourage you to organize a special appreciation event for the first 10 million Linkers who believed in and supported InterLink from the beginning.
