@KiaUK has left us (family with a baby) without a car, our 18m old Kia Sportage 1.6 MHEV has suffered engine failure at 12,200miles and is in warranty. This is a known issue. No courtsey car, £380pcm for a car we don't have!! Dispicable! @MotorOmbuds @BBCWatchdog

@lifewithstace @KiaUK @MotorOmbuds @BBCWatchdog Aw nice one Stace ❤️👌, I had one of those first time when tensioner went at 4,500miles, this time I had to take to Twitter (They wanted to leave us carless) and we have a rental 2020 Ford Focus, its no where near the same size, height, boot space, MPG 🤣🤦‍♂️

@lifewithstace @KiaUK @MotorOmbuds @BBCWatchdog No Stace, 1 month on and they haven't even stripped the engine or started a warranty claim, which means not even ordered the engine components. 🤦‍♂️ there are 12 at my local dealership, don't let Kia fob you off!This is their fault and AWFUL handling of it all.

@KiaUK I have reported this to Kia Customer Service, they were even more unhelpful. For all of the Sportage Diesel 1.6l MHEV 48v tensioner issues currently affecting customers a better response is required from Kia!

Been a COD fan since COD4, Vangaurd is awful! DO NOT BUY IT!
