Jesus shared the meal with a group of misfits who…
Doubted Him,
Questioned Him,
Denied Him
And Betrayed him.
We do not get to say who can sit at the table.
We do not get to draw up the guest list.
We do not get to judge.
Pull up a chair. All welcome!

Beware of those who use Christianity to justify what is happening across our world..
God is not behind the war
God is not behind the bombs and the drones
This is not Christianity!
God is in the rubble-with those whose lives are being crushed and destroyed.
Lord, have mercy!

🎙️We speak to Dr Raied Al-Wazzan, originally from Iraq and living in Belfast for over 30 years
✅Dr Wazzan shares his thoughts on how minority ethnic communities need to be part of the all-island conversation on constitutional change https://t.co/Xet6txSySc
Fighting to make Christianity a dominant religion is not the way of the gospel. We must respect people of all faiths and none. This does not diminish my faith in anyway .. but rather broadens the scope for our children to learn and respect others from all walks of life.
When I was Chaplain to the Lord Mayor of Belfast, I had the privilege of meeting President Michael D Higgins & his wife - such lovely and inspirational people. President Higgins has served Ireland brilliantly… wishing him a very happy retirement! 💚🇮🇪
Love glancing over at the map on my office wall of our gorgeous island, and remembering why we do what we do... May we bring hope, healing and a sense of togetherness for us all. I LOVE this place we all call home!
Let’s together build a Nation of Neighbours 💚

We will struggle
We will wrestle
But then...
We will rise
We will keep walking
We will persevere
We will see hope once again
Let’s journey together during this Holy Season.

Lá na Féile Bríde
The beginning of Spring.
There are many women who carry the baton on from St Brigid- female leaders who champion community, who care for the poor and the broken-hearted within our communities, wider society, and the Church.
Let’s celebrate them!
