Constantly Purify Your Intention
It is very easy to start a deed with sincere intentions, but then find half way through the deed that we are not doing it only for the sake of Allah.
"The hearts only find true delight & pleasure in loving Allah & drawing close to Him by doing what He loves - & this is only possible if the person turns away from every other object of his love.
This is the reality of لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا الله & it is the religion of Ibrāhīm (as),
It is nice to see a country take pride in its Islamic heritage. No one is perfect, but we should appreciate the significant stances #Qatar has taken to show the world what our faith is, esp when so many have not!
Allah bless them with more, & allow other nations to follow suit!
The amount of love that is felt and grief that is generated when the chosen of Allah pass away is a testament to their Divine grace. No one can implant such love in the hearts of the believers except Allah!
May Allah write His love for us in the Heavens and on earth!
The Best House on the Block: Can the Angels Easily Identify Your House?
Heﷺ said: “The house in which the Qur’ān is recited appears to the inhabitants of the heaven as the stars appear to the inhabitants of the earth.” (Bayhaqī)

The Excellence of Sadaqah
Ṣadaqah is a sign of the truthfulness of our imān, as we are preferring Allah’s recommendation over our natural urge to hoard wealth. Ṣadaqah extinguishes the anger of Allah, wipes away sins, and prevents evil endings...
Allah is the Guardian of the believers - He brings them out of darkness & into light. As for the disbelievers, their guardians are false gods who lead them out of light & into darkness. It is they who will be the residents of the Fire. They will be there forever. (Qur'an 2:257)
Allah does not require of any soul more than what it can afford. All good will be for its own benefit, and all evil will be to its own loss. (The believers pray,) “Our Lord! Do not punish us if we forget or make a mistake. Our Lord!
"O son of Adam! If you only knew your worth, you wouldn't diminish your value by committing sins.
You are the chosen species amongst all of the creation.
And for you, Paradise has been created!"
~ Ibn Rajab, from his Laṭī'if al-Ma'ārif .
The Prophet ﷺ said, “Fasting in winter is the easy prize.” (Tirmidhī)
Winter is also the ideal time (particularly for sisters) to make up any missed fasts.
Try to fast on Mondays & Thursdays & if you can, the three middle days (13th, 14th & 15th) of the Hijri month...
Tahajjud: The Key to a Happy Marriage
The Prophet ﷺ said: "May Allah have mercy upon a man who gets up at night, prays & wakes his wife up. If she refuses, he sprinkles water on her face. And may Allah have mercy upon a woman who gets up at night, prays & wakes her husband up.
If you’re constantly edgy, always complaining about the slightest thing, low on tolerance and upset with people around you, be wary. These are signs of weak faith. Patience and tolerance are the hallmarks of a believer.
Have Conviction That Allah Will Accept Your Dua
"Whatever (evil) you know about yourself should not prevent you from making du'a', because Allah accepted the du'a' of the worst of Allah's creation...

Imām al-Ghazālī calls the love of the world “the root of every shortcoming and the source of all corruption”. He states that when the love of the world enters the heart of the person to such an extent that he no longer takes provisions from it for the hereafter,
