@FTCustomerCare @stan The second installment was due on June 22. Since then, I’ve lost count of how many emails I’ve sent to support. For the past two weeks, I’ve been told “tomorrow”, “this Wednesday”, or “this Friday” over and over. These empty promises are incredibly frustrating.
