Hi @michaelo @Support,

I’ve regained access to my account @SimonSperling and can now post. However, my profile still shows “Under review”, despite receiving a notification confirming that my account is verified.

When I click the notification confirming my blue checkmark, it still displays @ChartTrader633—the handle used by the hacker.

Also, clicking the @SimonSperling mention in a post from my temporary account @SSperling__ does not bring up my profile. The attached screenshots show both issues.

Could you please investigate and restore normal account functionality?

I’ve regained access to my original account following the hack, but it remains under review and I’m still unable to change my username or edit my profile.

Hi @michaelo @elonmusk,

My X account, originally @SimonSperling, was hacked on July 12. As shown in the attached screenshot, the hacker changed the handle to @ChartTrader633, and the account has now been suspended.

Before the hack, I had 8.5k followers, was receiving monetisation payments for my posts, and was paying for Premium+. I’ve attached evidence of my Premium+ payment, the email security breach, and the account now being suspended. The account still has approximately 8.3k followers.

Since July 12, I’ve submitted countless help requests and sent multiple DMs to @premium and @Safety, but I still haven’t been able to regain access.

I’m simply asking if someone at @X could please review my case, reactivate the account, and restore access to me as its rightful owner.

I can provide any further information necessary to verify ownership.
