Earlier this year, Yiorgos received a no-fault Section 21 notice, which brought him considerable stress and impacted his mental health as he faced potential homelessness.
We're happy to share that we secured him a new home in his community, and he moved in last week. 🏠

By day two he was already on the till & loving it! Volunteering gives work experience, builds confidence & routine, and helps people take the next steps towards independence 💜
We visited Zip World in Heaton Park with the young people and adults we support across Rochdale and Manchester

James joined us shy, but through support and activities like our cooking club, he built confidence, friendships and skills.
Now he’s moved into independent living in one of our dispersed properties.
Community support is just as vital as formal plans in helping people thrive.
Today we officially open our new Bury Hub Opened by the Mayor of Bury, this space strengthens partnership working and supports the Integrated Rehabilitation Service. A true ‘one stop shop’, bringing services together to help people access the right support and build independence.
We are calling for an urgent increase to LHA rates to reflect current housing costs, ensuring that families are not forced into making impossible choices that compromise their health, safety, and overall wellbeing.

After returning to our services with complex needs, Matt was able to re-engage through person-centred support and has now entered residential rehab.
