The problem Gadkariji have is

That pure petrol is cheaper than E20 right now.
So if they make pure petrol available it'll be rs90-95 and E20 be rs100-105.

And then no one will take E20.

It's not a 3–6% mileage loss due to ethanol-adulterated petrol. For many vehicle owners, it's closer to a 20–30% drop. Stop downplaying the problem and start acknowledging the real impact.

E10 cars are seeing a drop of 34% in mileage when using E20 petrol.

As per the test done by Cars24, mileage dropped from 22kmpl to 14kmpl while using E20 petrol in 2015 Maruti Desire.

We are paying more, burning more petrol to travel same distance.

We all are fooled big time.
