@Domestique___ The mistake was going so deep he could no longer control his bike, that is a risk/reward choice. Had he not gone so deep he would not gap Tom, however going so deep he stood a high chance of making a mistake.
@Rainmaker1973 In 1993 we drove through the Sahara, when we arrived at the track in the middle of the desert we had to camp overnight to wait for the train to move out of the way.
@AbigailDombey@AECBnet @CathNoakes I would suggest itโs a Schrijver Damp system. A rather dubious method to supposedly remove damp from surrounding masonry. Itโs only one brick thick and does not go through the wall, just a flow and return within the circa 100mm x 100mm x 65mm block.
@nedboulting Another factor, the UK has followed a sub urban ideal of detached and semi detached housing with gardens. Many European cities have tower blocks far from city centres. Data shows the UK has the least number of โconjoinedโ housing in Europe - makes servicing more difficult.
@BBCWorld Nice that she is a little overwhelmed by a disaster no doubt made worse by over development and climate change, perhaps she can reflect on her carbon footprint of owning 6 homes and a 16 seater private jet.
@BBCWorld People need to wake up to this, the obsession of eating meat whilst the world experiences more and more severe weather, come on people eat less meat!
