As per my knowledge more eligible legal officers are presently working in Odisha. They know what to do or don't. Don't try to suggest them, Please sir mind your own business. (ESMA act impose on any illegal activities done by any person in the state).

Rather,all these so called striking staffs R on HOLIDAYs like that of SCHOOLs/Colleges and are enjoying & must be on out station tours & travels.
Therefore,a 24 hr Ultimatum be given to them to resume duties,failing which the Govt should impose ESMA on them without any hesitation
