@FitbitSupport my step streak has gotten wiped and now says 5 days when it should say 120+. I've tried restarting the device, app & phone. Customer support was no help and said they can't fix it. Is there anything to be done? My daily data is all there

SIM swapping is one of the scariest things that can happen to you. This is a great article that can help identify certain ‘tells’ for when this might be happening to you. There’s also a great @replyall episode called the Snapchat Thief about this
