@saffronandsky Yesterday I tried my first microdose of a GLP1, and I had a great day today, first in a long time. Hoping it’s the start of many such days. We just keep trying, don’t we?
@saffronandsky@Rob_DeRosa Dr K told me it should be on the belly, right against the skin. It makes you warm, so you need to drink more. No negative effects to speak of.
@saffronandsky@Rob_DeRosa My doctor has me using infrared light pads against my skin 30 minutes a day and also a neck-based vagal nerve stimulation device. My sleep is substantially better, I like the IR therapy because it’s not another pill. It’s very soothing and I feel better afterwards.
@Rob_DeRosa A Comment: My Dr. cautions that people with LC have damaged mitochondria that pump out 7x the reactive oxygen species, and so oxalacetate may be long term trouble; take antioxidants with it. (KPax)
@Samanth18984539@ThePOTSPostman Pain is incredibly draining. Wishing him well. And you too. I’ve recently added IR light therapy and vagal nerve stimulation, it’s surprisingly helpful after one week.
