Our amazing Emergency departments have launched the care bags this week. Providing children, young people and adults with learning disabilities/ autism with tactile items, ear defenders and an easy read leaflet to help support them with their journey through ED. @MckieAmanda

While ambulances will still be available on these days, again, we are asking the public to please support us to ensure they are available for people with life-threatening injuries and illnesses.

The APPG welcomes the Government's commitment to install life-saving defibrillators in schools to help reduce out of hospital sudden cardiac arrest deaths, however we urge the Govt to go further and increase defib access more widely.
