@AirTahitiNuiUS I am flying to PPT next month and I’d like to spend $ to upgrade my seat on my return flight and enjoy the lounge at the airport but you won’t take it since I booked thru American. AA said they can’t help with the seats and refer us back to you. So frustrating!!

@AmericanAir my flight #0192 has been delayed almost 3 hours. I do understand that things happen. However they just made an announcement that if we ordered food (we are in BC) we might not want to eat it since it’s been sitting for 3-4 hours. What??? Unacceptable.
