@PieterElbers there's only one flight from Bombay to Bareilly a day and this is how people are being treated. Instead of making everyone's lives easier, we now have no faith she will be able to travel alone ever again.

Absolutely disgusting behavior by @IndiGo6E. My 80yr old grandmother travelling alone from Bombay to Bareilly was told to GET OFF her wheelchair (she was taken inside the airport by staff) and WALK from check in to boarding by #IndiGo staff because her wheelchair was "waitlisted"
