The Canada Employment Insurance Commission announced that the maximum insurable earnings for 2025 will increase from $63,200 to $65,700. The EI premium rate is decreasing slightly from 1.66% to 1.64%, and the employer EI rate is also going down from 2.32% to 2.30%.
