@Toneskeee @birdhouseridge Both of these fuses are located inside the cabin in the dashboard / cockpit fuse box (on the driver's side side-panel). They feed into the Steering Column Electronic Module, which processes the commands from your column adjustment toggle switch

@Toneskeee @birdhouseridge The power steering column adjustment (vertical elevation and telescopic depth) on a 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 (X166 chassis) is controlled by Fuse #11 (10 Amp) and Fuse #20 (5 Amp).

@Toneskeee @birdhouseridge John is referring to the fuse box located under the drivers side dash.
Open the driver's door and pry off the side trim panel facing the door, or look just beneath the lower dashboard panel to reveal the fuse block.
Once you see the fuse block, locate the fuse numbers he shared.
