This week, children across school having been reflecting on Remembrance Day. This has taken the form of art, writing, reading stories and a two minute silence on Wednesday. Pause- Reflect-Remember.
As part of our Autumn topic - Castle on the Hill, Year 3 took a wonderful stroll through the beautiful grounds of Raby Castle. We had so much fun exploring everything we could see and learning all about what it was like to live in such a grand place!
In Year 2 we have been writing stories all about Horrid Henry on Bonfire night. We have loved going down to forest school this afternoon and sharing our stories around the camp fire. We even ate chocolate apples that we made this morning and had hot chocolate! Yummy! π₯ππ
