Solid all-around games from Childs Hauck ‘26 (1A) and Andrew Liu ‘25 (1A) helped the JV Dogs close this one out.

Varsity will take on Gonzaga this Friday at the Fort. Hope to see a big crowd there! The Fort is BLUE!!!

JV DOGS MOVE TO 2-0

STA JV Puck took down Gonzaga JV this evening 8-4 behind a 4G/2A performance from Ollie Berger ‘26.

Linemate Sam Malm ‘25 went for 2G/3A, and Michael Mahoney ‘24 potted two genos as well from the blue line. 1/

Goalies Harrison Toner ‘25 and Wilkes Bruno ‘25 split the game and experienced two radically different halves:

Toner stopped all three shots he saw, but Bruno had to manage a 30+ shot barrage as Gonzaga fought to get back into the game.

In case you missed last nights game vs DeMatha, STA won 4-1 on the backs of Charlie Irwin who had a hat trick + 1 with 4 goals, 2 short handed! And stellar goaltending from Graham Weber who stopped 33/34 from the Stags @WashPostHS @IACathletics @DCSAASports @DMVHockey

STA PUCK HISTORY IS MADE!

Today marked the first ever game and first ever win for STA’s JV Puck team. Our group came into Rockville this afternoon and showed Bullis which Bulldog had more bite, coming back from a 2 goal deficit to take a 3-2 win! 1/

Henry Walker ‘26 found the equalizer with seconds left in period 2, catching Bullis off guard with a low wrister.

After some impressive penalty killing and physical play from D-men Rhys McIntosh ‘25 Reid Webber ‘26 and Hugh Kaplan ‘26, STA headed into the third knotted at 2. 3/

Happy thanksgiving break everyone: STA defeats DeMatha!

35 saves and a stellar overall performance from G Graham Webber led the way for the Bulldogs early this morning.

Against a backdrop of tailgating Stag parents, the Bulldogs bit down and set the tone for this new season. 1/

Gritty all around performances from Peter Kaplan ‘23, Liam McCarthy ‘23, and Zachary Skowronek ‘24 in front of Webber deserve shoutouts as well.
