How long does it take for your support team to get back to tickets? Nearly $400 on battlebots for a majority of them not to work (new batteries for remotes+ bots). Debating just returning to toys r us and dealing with a crying kid.

@chris_lawley I have been thinking about getting into mechanical keyboards. Most people do it for gaming but would be interesting to hear from you in terms or productivity (not just the fun building part). For me, most are too loud even with quieter gateron (or whatever they are called 😀)
