@EliLake I will believe he is sincere when (and, maybe he has already) he advocates for Nordic-style taxes. Much like Al Gore could only muster support for gas taxes when R's were president...
I power-ranked the remaining 16 World Cup teams. One round and different matchups can change a lot...

@Prominent_Bryan How would this impact action in front of the goal? The head/feet can be used to score. An arm cannot be offside (from what I understand). So, in Ronaldo situation it looks bad, feet on/head off. But if closer to goal, unfair advantage?
@MikeWoitalla Are Bosnian pundits outraged by the bad call? Or, maybe, folks view things through their team's lens. And Bosnian pundits dont much care, cuz it doesn't impact them.
@ernietedeschi@IrvingSwisher Genuinely curious: Where do you stand on TD's being overturned in the NFL 'cuz a toenail was out of bounds? The NFL is full of rules that take repeated slow-motion replays to decipher if someone caught a ball or not.
@theadelites Good points. The problem, as always, is what's the solution? Offside Rule 5.1.A: A player will be deemed onside if the ball lightly touches the tip of someone's hair. Note: Lightly as defined in Rule 109.7.E. Touches as defined in Rule 88.4.C. Tip as defined in Rule 127.1.B
A little delayed in posting, but a couple weeks ago I had a wonderful time hosting David Bahnsen for a BOLD Talk at BOLD Cigar Bar & Lounge. Bahnsen's command of markets and the economy was impressive. He could effortlessly recall past econ data and surrounding narratives. Fun!
