@RoyalMailHelp Its very unfair and wicked of royal mail to act non challant towards a client’s item just because they have a compensation policy. How about auditing the process. When it was picked up, who picked it up, where it was taken to.

@RoyalMailHelp Is there any chance that the item will be found and delivered? Still unclear and unbelievable how a whole bag of about 15kg be missing with Royal mail. Was the item stolen by a staff? Was it delivered to wrong address there should be a trail for it.

Why is it that easy to lost a bag and expect the owner to claim refund. How about investigating and looking for the bag. I visited the Customer service point and the dead and unpaid office at tyneside. Yet nothing.
