Why has BEST stopped operating bus number 243 from Jankalyan Nagar? There is absolutely no service from 2.00pm to 5.00pm and only 1 bus operating during peak hours which normally were 5 buses? Residents of Jankalyan Nagar are upset & angry

On the cemented road at Jankalyan Nagar, Malad West (Opp Surbhi Bldg gate) instead of new sewage covers the contractor has cheated BMC by putting 2 used old plastic covers instead of new which has cracked (new vs old photos)

Please make it Mandatory for all Shops, Street Vendors & Hawkers to use both disposable hand gloves & face masks. Especially those who distribute food, groceries, vegetables, fruits & any edible things. Make it Mandatory thru law.

Not a single BEST bus operating now in both the 243 and 622 routes (not even on Chalo app) while people are waiting in line for a bus for more than 30 minutes... Disaster in public transport called BEST

There is no maintainance at all in BEST Buses that operate in the 243 & 622 routes, the AC doesn't work only air blowing in a crowded buses, most plastic parts are broken, most doors dont close and are not serviced, even the conductor is helpless. Wet leasers are cheating BEST.

The Jankalyan Nagar roads are fully cemented from Usha Bldg till Surbhi. The pavement is left in a condition which cannot be used so why not finish the pavement cementing since anyway no one can use it today?

Why were the residents of Jankalyan Nagar not informed of no water supply to the area on 9th June 25 from 1.30am? This is not acceptable at all. We have to order costly tankers. Hope this was not a collusion between BMC P North Ward and the Tanker mafia?

Why is there no 243 bus for the 7th day in a row (only 1 bus operated in the morning then stopped). Who is responsible for this? Why was a hurry to remove old buses when you did not have new AC buses?
