Before ever throwing shade at Flick, look at the market conditions he’s been given to work with. I’m quite confident that no manager in world football would be able to do the job he’s done, with practically zero backing.

You talk about Luis Enrique, yeah? Well, he effectively hand crafted PSG’s current squad, and even then - the first 12-15 months were pretty mediocre.

In fact, go through every one of our CL rivals, and the amounts they’ve invested aren’t even in the same stratosphere as Barça under Flick.

The point here is that he’s put on a masterclass in making do with what he’s got. Yes, things could be improved upon, but to ever question his competence, after all he’s done, is beyond outrageous.
