@anglingdirect I brought a 11ft sonik pellet waggler in June from your beccles branch. I don’t have the receipt however the tip has snapped in two (in the middle of the top section). Is it possible to get a replacement? I’ve only used the rod a few times? Cheers

@DVLAgovuk Hi Lily. I had an old paper driving license and wanted to update to a physical card. I was sent the application (which I paid for) completed the form, added my photo and returned back on 01/11/21. Hope that makes sense. Thanks

@DVLAgovuk I can’t get through on the phone, it cuts off after saying your phone lines are busy. You’ve received my driving license app in November(recorded delivery) but status online is saying you’ve not received yet. Can you help asap please! Urgently need birth cert returned!

@DVLAgovuk Hi Kaz. So I’ve already looked on the timescales. It’s for an app for a paper license to be turned into a tachograph driving license. It shows that the date of processing is 20th January 2022. Can I DM the details for you to look into please. I can’t get through on the phone

@DVLAgovuk Hi. Thanks for getting back to me. The application was signed on 1st November, it’s been over 10 weeks now and it’s not updated on the website. Please can you look into this as a matter of urgency as I need my birth certificate as I’m applying for a new job! Thanks
