Kenyans MUST DEMAND the immediate and unconditional release of Moses Lenolkulal from prison. We MUST have equality before the law and not selective application of the law. Either we jail all thieves, or we have total freedom to steal from the state. This tokenism of jailing a Samburu man with no political connections or godfather should be strongly condemned. How many thieves in Kenyatta's goverment and Ruto's are brawling the savannah looking for their next looting spree...how many thieving governors and ministers are enjoying their loot...and then we have this poor man from Maralal offered as sacrificial lamb to the oracles...STUPITT(with a Somali accent)

I watched with a heavy heart as what started as peaceful demonstrations morphed into chaos that cost our children’s life and loss of limb not to mention damage to property and businesses.
As I did my soul-searching I recalled some profound words of Allan Paton in his memorable novel, “Cry, The Beloved Country”. Three of Paton’s nuggets come to mind;

1​"I have one great fear in my heart, that one day when they are turned to loving, they will find that we are turned to hating."

2.​"I have learned that kindness and love can pay for pain and suffering."

3.​“…because life slips away, and because I need for the rest of my journey a star that will not play false to me, a compass that will not lie.”

Before it’s too late, and as we ponder over the olive branch that has been extended from the very top, I plead with all of us including our sons and daughters not to let anger consume our souls. Let us kindle the best of our sense of restraint and seek healing as we pray that our destiny is not obstructed, diverted or delayed.

My Ministry will double our efforts on promoting Youth Centric programs and opportunities in E Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Internships, Capacity building, Access to Capital and Access to Investments and Trade.
