We donated some hedging to a local farmer who is working to restore natural habitats as part of her sustainable approach to farming. We plan to visit the farm to help with planting and to learn about how hedgerows are propagated & grown.

A huge thank you to all of the West family for bringing us their guinea pigs for our Olga Da Polga topic in English. We have learnt so many facts about caring for guinea pigs and we’ve loved having lots of cuddles too!

We enjoyed a Kindness Workshop with Emily from 52 Lives. We learned that kindness has three qualities – being friendly, generous and considerate. We also learnt about the science of kindness & the positive impact it has on our physical and mental health.

Year 2 had their first mystery reader at story time today. A huge thank you to Ms Mussett-Harford for reading 'The Frog Who Thought He Was A Dog' to us all. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Here's a little secret.......did you know that she wrote this book herself?! Amazing.
