Someone told me to hold her handbag for her so that she can write something at the bank. At first I wanted to decline but seeing that she was with a child I accepted. She gave me the bag and moved a little away from me to a counter, with her baby tied on her bag. She wrote something till I was called to be attended to, I walked up to her and handed her the bag. I went to seat at the customer service, not long she walked up to me and asked if I opened her bag. I said no. Why would I do that?

She insisted that I opened her bag and took her money and phone. My life flashed before me. Here in the bank I came to get my atm. I didn't even open the bag or even look at the color of the bag.

She stared crying and pointed at me that I took her money. The security came and asked what happened, she said it again that she gave me her bag since she couldn't hold it to write plus with her baby and I st0len her phone and 90k. When she mentioned the amount I froze because I. My account I don't even have up to 90k where will I start from? Who will believe me?

People started walking up to us, some whispered , some blames me for collecting the bag even when she was with a baby, some said she's lying, some said my bag should be search , some said I have given the money to someone else to take it out of the bank, I cried. She held on to me. At a point we were asked to leave the banking hall. I pleaded because that will be the worst for me her accomplice might be outside, there's nothing I will say that anyone would believe me.

One lady was just watching us, then she walked up to us and said she knows the lady. The lady denied knowing her. The lady asked her if her mother she said her mother kpaied that the lady does not know her. The lady mentioned her name and said all along she wanted to remember her name before intervening for me.
She denied her name. The lady asked that her name be checked from what she filled in her form to the bank and when checked it came out true. The lady said she has been doing this for so long and always go free. They asked her the name of her phone, she said Samsung, where did you buy it she said Aba. Where in Aba she said the question is not important that I told her phone, alright call your number let's see if it will ring, she called a number, someone picked, the security asked the person who owns the phone, te person said what sort of questions is that with him this afternoon. The security explained everything the person said he should tell the person that she's ode.

When the lady insisted that she's a th!ef she started crying again and said her phone and money is stolen and she's been called names. At first she didn't want to call any number she said she's not calling. When her bag was collected and searched we saw different d!abolic things.

By this time we were outside the banking hall.The security said she should confess that the bank will let her go peacefully without raising any alarm but if she denies she will be handed to the street.

She started crying and begging that she was confused, that she now remember her phone number and where she kept it,chat the money she removed it and kept at home before coming to the bank. if you see this lady very beautiful, tall and with fine shape. Looking at her everybody will believe everything she said.

She knelt down and beg. The security told her to get up and go, when she stood up and walk to their exit, the security locked her inside and asked me to take the main exit. He said he had already received instructions to hold her till security arrives. I waited to see everything, she was taken out in a police van.I couldn't thank the lady who was the the first person to come to my rescue. What if that lady wasn't there because I tried speaking up no one listened because the lady looked so responsible for anyone to even believe that she could be lying. God came through for me. I went home broken and couldn't tell anyone until days later. learnt my lessons.

Her mother brought her this morning, she said she had cold and to give her allergy at 12pm. She had a head

Please Everyone, I need your help.

From the accident, she has fractures in her hand, leg, and pelvic region. The doctor said the surgery will cost about ₦5 million. It is extensive and will be done in two phases.

First they will operate on her hand and leg. When she recovers from that, they will do the pelvic region.

It has been a painful experience. We have already spent so much on drugs and medications just to keep her stable this far. The pain is still there every day.
