@BrittanyBronso1 Ex in-house recruiter here. I’d go one further (in order to stop needless rounds of interviews) that the first 2 x 1 hour interviews are free. After that, the candidate is paid an hourly rate and all travel expenses for ANY interview rounds after that point.

@jenniferjordanz Sick of it as well. I’d rather put into a database of all the food combinations I like, pick a weekly delivery slot and then let some algorithm choose the food delivery from that list for me so each week was a surprise.
