My sincere apologies that this took long. I am only just recovering from the incompetence of your principals whose lack of empathy and imagination grounded the entire city.
Back to the issue.
Your treatise on the modus operandi of PSPs is dogmatic and limiting. First because residents have no need for lectures on PSP operations the same way patients aren’t seeking lectures from their doctors: both seek solutions and not intellectual masturbation.
Secondly, as you have grudgingly admitted, the system is broken - operationally and economically.
A critical component driving operational cost is the use of heavy diesel powered trucks for waste collection. This is impracticable and explains the environmentally damaging practice of collecting waste twice monthly What needs to happen is a decentralisation of waste collection led by local governments in collaborations with CDAs, and a shift towards non-motorised waste collection systems. This will significantly drive costs down and improve waste collection frequency.
Furthermore, Legislating a "polluter pays" program - an Extended Producer Responsibility - would unlock innovative financial models that would effectively fund waste collection and reduce the burden on citizens. Sadly, the administration you serve in has failed to deliver on this important piece of legislation, championed by seasoned environmentalists and international development organisations and supported by major FMCGs.
One may also consider a policy that legislates a reward system for food waste collection, where collected food waste can be converted into energy or fertilizer - a win-win situation for residents and the environment.
Of course, you can choose to bury your head in the sand believing that it is normal to collect waste twice monthly or that the current system, driven by patronage where party stalwarts own most of the PSPs, is delivering any public good. The waste collection space is brimming with possibilities but it requires a different thinking that is people centric - an ideal that’s a stranger to your party and the current administration you serve.

There’s 6 stages to letting go, but most ppl get stuck at 1. Where the mind refuses to update its reality. You know you should move on, you tell yourself you have to, but no matter what you do, it’s like your heart didn’t get the memo.
Justice Ogunwumiju didn’t just dissent.
She acquitted and discharged Sunday Jackson, declaring him a proper candidate for clemency.
Her judgment speaks to justice courage.
Sunday Jackson was robed of his youth when the trespasser entered into his farm at age 21.
I urge you to join us in calling on the Governor of Adamawa State @GovernorAUF to act.
Clemency is now a moral imperative.
Oh, sit this one out!
Same you who stole someone’s dashboard 8 months ago and posted it on LinkedIn like it was yours?
Now you’re out here acting like the gatekeeper of competence? The irony is insane. Maybe focus on fixing your own integrity before questioning others' skills
So this guy Abraham Igoh @IgohAbraham and @ab_igoh on IG installs CCTV for female clients and unlawfully gain access to their login details. He was caught with plenty nudes of these women on his phone. He lives at Karu, Abuja.

@theotokiti Running away is the best thing because collectively as a people we are defeated, how do you evolve when you have people who think a person living alone should have no business buying a crate of eggs , hey God
