@Specsavers hi again, again guys. You should really get your Rustington shop in Sainsburys sorted. No call yet, still no apology, nothing.... And in less than 3 days Specsavers in Sainsburys Bognor Regis sorted the problem for them. Hope you're embarrassed.

@Specsavers Haven't heard from anyone yet. Will have to take the glasses to Specsavers in Sainsburys Bognor Regis today, as that is my local shop and I can't keep using my old glasses... I'm hoping someone will be giving me a refund or something, as this has turned into one hell of hassle
