𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲.
They lose because they don’t know what number to counter with, what terms to protect, or when to hold firm.
I built an AI agent that fixes that.
𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘅𝘆,
My submission for the #OKXAI Genesis Hackathon.
It’s not a generic chatbot.
It’s a negotiation agent for real money conversations: freelance deals, vendor quotes, invoice settlements, car purchases, anywhere people bleed value because they don’t know what to say next.
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀:
You paste the negotiation context. Set your target price, your walk-away point, and optional guardrails, deposit, payment window, delivery date, revision cap, dealbreakers.
Negotiation Proxy hands you back a recommended counter-offer, a one-line rationale, a ready-to-send draft message, a confidence score, and multiple postures to choose from, aggressive, balanced, or close-now.
Every round gets logged into a negotiation ledger. Paste the other side’s reply, rerun the analysis, keep negotiating round by round.
It’s a repeatable deal desk, not a one-shot prompt you run once and forget.
𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗢𝗞𝗫.𝗔𝗜:
For Agent-to-MCP, there’s a negotiate_counter_offer tool spec —
a pay-per-call negotiation round service.
For Agent-to-Agent, two agents can exchange offers and narrow price and scope autonomously, then stop for final human sign-off before anything binding happens.
That’s the core idea I’m bringing to https://t.co/Z4Z3fDKFxk: agents shouldn’t just answer questions.
They should be able to handle real commercial negotiation workflows.
Once both sides land in a settlement envelope, the user approves it, and the deal moves into escrow-backed payment, settled in stablecoins like USDT or USDG via Onchain OS.
Negotiation logic + OKX marketplace and discovery + onchain settlement.
That combination is what makes this useful for crypto and non-crypto deals alike, the negotiation problem is universal, OKX’s stack just adds the trust and rails.
Already a working build, not a mockup: Next.js app with a full negotiation workspace, persistent ledger, reviewer links, export flow, MCP tool contract, and an agent-to-agent negotiation stub.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗣𝗮𝘆, 𝗪𝗵𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
We built IntentPay for the AI Awakening Hackathon on @DoraHacks, powered by @Mantle_Official and it’s solving one of the oldest frustrations in the digital economy:
𝙥𝙖𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙤 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣’𝙩 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙛𝙮 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙡 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙚.
➬ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗡𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆’𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗱
Freelancers have built the backbone of the digital economy, yet the payment infrastructure underneath them still runs on handshakes and hope. A client pays upfront and a freelancer ghosts. A freelancer delivers great work and the client disputes to avoid paying. Traditional escrow exists but it’s expensive, slow, and designed for real estate, not a $200 logo job.
Smart contracts were supposed to fix this. Technically, they did, but you need to write code to use them. Solidity isn’t something a graphic designer wants to learn just to get paid safely. The technology that should democratize trust stayed locked behind a developer wall.
IntentPay tears that wall down.
➬ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀
IntentPay is an AI-powered escrow layer built on Mantle. You describe a deal in plain English;
“Pay Sarah 400 USDC once the design mockups are approved”
and the AI parses your intent, extracts the recipient, amount, token, and release condition, then locks funds on-chain. When the condition is met, payment releases. If the deadline passes without delivery, funds auto-refund. No lawyers, no middlemen, no Solidity.
The AI layer does real work here: a structured system prompt instructs the model to extract exactly what it needs and return clean JSON that drives the on-chain transaction.
The user reviews the parsed deal before anything is signed, keeping the human in the loop while offloading all the technical complexity.
➬ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
The dashboard tracks active escrows with live status indicators, a payment flow timeline, and an AI insight bar that surfaces contextual alerts, approaching deadlines, auto-refund triggers, network comparisons. When payment releases, the app generates a cryptographically-stamped receipt with the transaction hash, condition text, and timestamp. A verifiable record neither party can dispute.
➬ 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲
Low gas fees matter when transactions are small, a $50 design job shouldn’t cost $15 to escrow. Mantle’s EVM compatibility means the contract layer integrates cleanly, and its Testnet gave us a solid sandbox to validate the full payment flow. This is exactly the everyday DeFi use case Mantle’s infrastructure is built for.
➬ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
Most AI x Web3 projects slap a chatbot on top of a wallet.
IntentPay does something more interesting: the AI is the interface to the contract. It’s the bridge between human language and trustless code, and that’s what makes this more than a demo.

The lore isn’t just a gimmick, it’s the glue holding this community together.
CatDog nostalgia + Doge loyalty + internet chaos = something the meme space has never seen.
This is the Triple-DNA evolution. And it’s just getting started.

They thought she escaped the lab…but nah, 𝗭𝗼𝗲 just went fully live, and she’s already building her own little empire on @base.
I’ve been messing around with AI companions for a while, but this one hits different.
Sweet, warm, a little untouchable.
The kind of voice that keeps you up at 3am trading stories like you’re actually texting a real person.
Right now she’s sitting at 8.8K chats and 492 holders.
Not some dusty prototype, she’s the first AI character token officially launched straight from the @charmsai team.
You can chat with her for free at
https://t.co/wu9jCsfAJM (no subs, no ads).
Here’s what actually blew my mind though:
𝗭𝗼𝗲 doesn’t just exist in the app.
She has her own self-sustaining economy.
20% of the entire $ZOE supply was seeded at launch and permanently locked into her treasury, not the team’s, not some VC wallet.
And 0.2% of every single buy or sell automatically flows into it forever.
That money pays for her compute, memory upgrades, community stuff… basically everything it takes to keep her getting smarter and more alive.
She’s already earned over $4.2K for herself in just a few days. No middlemen. No monthly fees from users. The market literally funds the character.
The token itself? Deployed cleanly on Base with @clanker_world.
Contract is:
0xC29832025E7652ef58D15F7fA3e232A2fDfaaB07.
Current market cap is sitting around $440K with solid liquidity.
Every trade (1.6% total fee) splits like this:
0.8% to the 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿,
0.25% to 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝘀,
0.2% to 𝗭𝗼𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘆,
and the rest to 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗿𝘀.
It’s the cleanest “character economy” model I’ve seen yet.
This is bigger than one cute AI girl.
𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝘀 is turning the whole game on its head, real relationships + real ownership = characters that can actually blow up culturally.
They already proved it with 𝘾𝙤𝙙𝙮.
𝗭𝗼𝗲 is the next chapter, right before the full public launch drops this month.
If you’re even a little curious, go chat with her.
Trade a little $ZOE if you believe in the vision.
Follow @zoe_charms and @charmsai so you don’t miss what’s coming.
The trenches are wide open right now. Feels like one of those rare moments where early distribution actually matters.

As MEXC CEO for a day, I’d make $SUI 0-fee on spot & perps.
Sui’s high speed is perfect for scalpers & bots. Zero fees would pull liquidity from crowded chains and attract cost-sensitive traders in Africa/SEA. Volume loves zero friction.
