Highlighting Customer Service from the Finest Airlines.

[Robin Hayles @robinhayles]

@British_Airways rather than a nicely worded tweet, perhaps the recompense of tckt price would be a suitable gesture for consistent delays?

[Robin Hayles @robinhayles]

@British_Airways I'm not interested in EU compulsory compensation, just BA's genuine desire to address a regular customers dissatisfaction

[Robin Hayles @robinhayles]

@British_Airways so your liabilities as a company take a priority over your desire to ensure customer satisfaction?

[Michael van Bregt @mvanbregt]

@British_Airways on which flight have you put my bag and whenis delivery at PMI. Or are you sending to destination PPT as you're obliged to?

[Stars Of British Air @StarsofBA]

@park2go

Your customer Service is non existent. Management including Suraj was rude and unorganized.

Taxi or @uber next time for sure.

@park2go #YYC

You claim to be a valet, why when I arrive at your office after being scanned in my keys are still hung up b/h the counter?

[Stars Of British Air @StarsofBA]

My 5yr old boy just said

@AirCanada?

"But Mom, I like to fly @WestJet"

Mom: Sorry bud, me too, next time we can 'hopefully' #service101

[Stars Of British Air @StarsofBA]

@AirCanada YYC if self check in terminals aren't working with the bag drop, shouldn't the checkin staff inform growing lines?

45min later..

[Stars Of British Air @StarsofBA]

@British_Airways

Wow, your customer service is getting worse everyday.

Making Brides cry at the LGW checkin is outstanding. 👏👏👏

[Louize @l90oby]

@British_Airways @AmericanAir emailed both customer relations. Still no replies. Your companies are seriously shit!!

[Louize @l90oby]

@British_Airways delayed TWICE in one trip! And yes it did ruin plans! Idiots

[Producer Paul @producerpauld]

@British_Airways still broken

[Rosie Moon @moon_rosie]

@British_Airways Patrick Cole from the Gatwick check in making my sister cry on her wedding flight. Disgusting service. Please DM me ASAP!

[British Airways @British_Airways]

@sjmarjoram Hi Steven. I'm sorry to hear your flight was delayed today. We'd not be able to change your return flight in this instance 1/2

[Sean Lee White @seano1983]

@British_Airways had our hotel cancelled left up to us to find another one, heart set on that one #badservice #notgoodenough #yourthebest?

BA says it'll will no longer provide unaccompanied minor services, so children under 12 can't travel without an adult. #badontstopum
