@FedEx customer service is lacking. The automated 📞 system is missing the mark the system in place for establishing date & time for delivery is misleading & inconvenient. I understand nothing is perfect. With that said amazon is superior in accuracy of delivery

She was very short with & uniformed so much so I asked for a refund for my order before it was made. Why? She didn’t make me feel comfortable about her handling my order from her disposition.

& initially she walked away in the middle of me asking my question. To pass me on to another server that server don’t know the young lady’s name but she just ignored me altogether. So neither one of them were too helpful. I eventually was able to get Mary Beth‘s attention again.

I attempted to ask her about the refund policy & she became even more unpleasant her tone & delivery were distasteful.

She told me a manager will be in at 6 i shared with her I won’t be around then. (I only had one question)
