@gaby_goldberg If there’s an actual threat of violence, then yes it isn’t covered by the First Amendment. Or if there’s a call for actual violence, like saying “death to Jews” then it’s not covered by the First Amendment. Correct me if I’m wrong though.

@gaby_goldberg You don’t seem to understand how the First Amendment works. Hate speech and offensive speech are covered by the First Amendment, even when we personally condemn it (and the examples of pics you showed are, I agree, super offensive).
