@VeryHelpers I would like you to help me with something before I contact my bank about it,

So I had £160 in credit on my account plus £900, I reduced the credit limit to £700 so should have been £860 to spend total, I ordered an Xbox series X on buy now pay later and only £50 on the £160 credit I had prior to the order has been allocated to the outstanding balance, no record at all of where the £110 went as it does not reflect in any balance so where could the £110 have gone? Do I need to contact my banks fraud team and explain the situation to have them refund me the £110 so I can then make the payment toward my outstanding balance?
