i understand their reasoning and i genuinely can get it from their perspective of “it’s a high chance so let’s talk about it” but im sorry this makes me sick. “we wanted this to be our little ray of sunshine and it’s not” ???? this little angel right here is the best thing to ever happen to my life. she taught me how to love someone unconditionally, how to be patient, kind, UNDERSTANDING, and so many more things. just because someone is labeled “disabled” or “special” doesn’t mean they won’t go on to do amazing things in life. i’m so proud of my sister for graduating this year as well as working towards developing her skills so she can get her first job! 🥲life is precious and shouldn’t be taken away, as well as pregnancy is a gamble and no one is ever prepared for what their child is to bring. just wanted to share this with you guys ❤️
