@BrendonStilesMD Totally agree. As a fun “experiment”, I would like to see a debate between a leading thoracic surgeon arguing for RT, and a leading #radonc arguing for surgery in stage IIIB. If nothing else, it would help us step into one another’s shoes.

@Applied_RadOnc What is graphic IMHO is the yet to be seen radiation recall of the pericardium & LAD artery... Why stretch the contour till the latissimus dorsi if there's no glandular tissue? You dose bath lung, heart, LAD, and contra breast (as it can be seen in the images in the article).
@jryckman3 I do all the steps (fusions, dose accumulation, conversion to EQD2, factoring in time intervals between courses, etc), but I feel that in the end, the decision to re irradiate or not is more a judgement call and less calculation.
