@ClassPalm enjoyed making their Christingles with the lovely ladies from Church this morning. Thank you so much for coming to help us.

Do come and join us for our Christingle Service in Church tomorrow morning at 9.30am.

Today we made our Christingles ready for our service tomorrow. ⛪️ Christingles are made from an orange decorated with red tape, sweets and a candle. Thank you to our lovely ladies for coming and helping us.

Father Christmas contacted @ClassPalm to ask for their help today. They had to investigate the properties of different types of paper to help him choose his wrapping paper this year. The children had to create a fair test as part of their Science Investigation.

[OakClass@StBarts @OakClassStBarts]

We finished our investigation with a present wrapping competition. The children had to describe the properties of the paper they chose to wrap their presents.

@ClassPalm tried sooooo hard with their wrapping, well done!

Here are our first, second and third place...

Yesterday we delivered our Community Christmas Cards. The children were so well received, it was an absolute delight and they even managed quite a number of renditions of ‘We Wish You a Merry Christmas’ along the way. Thank you for you donations to the Children's Society!
