@gruidae_james Yes I agree! I think Adorno mostly avoids this (though not without other issues) and some of their differences come out in some areas in those 56 convos
@gruidae_james Sorry had a long drive after first comment. I do not think they are reliable, no, especially Horkheimer. What I mean was that Horkheimer's explicit betrayal of his earlier project can be a helpful point of reference when tracing their work to not go down his path
@gruidae_james ha correct! I think the later conversations shed some light on what they each individually saw as crucial in the earlier work. But yeah overall reading TNM the first time was really disappointing!
