@HiltonHotels What has happened to the great customer service/loyalty program you used to have? Unbelievable what I am experiencing today. First I can't reach anyone located in the US, then because what I think was a system error, my reservation for today was changed to next week at the sometime. I had to purchase another room today and the one for next week is unavailable to be cancelled because of policy. Honest mistake at best, but can't get any kind of help. You've have a lost a loyal customer for life.
