We are a community-based family medicine residency program affiliated with the University of Minnesota located in St. Cloud, MN at CentraCare.

We have a great mix of IMG and MD/DO residents! They all bring their unique perspectives, and we all learn from each other to do better. Great mix of practices for our grads, too—proof you’ll get trained for what you want to pursue.
