⚙️TRACK IS TECHNICAL⚙️
Sprinting, Hurdling. Jumping, Vaulting and Throwing are technical‼️
Everything about #trackandfield is technical. EVERY event requires athletes to learn the technical aspect of things in order to prevent injury and improve times, heights and distances.
Track and field teaches you much about life. It’s important to have direction and a goal. The journey is unlikely to be smooth. There will be mistakes.
There will also be success. You will grow. You will become resilient.
When times get tough, know that they won’t last.
