@virginmedia do you think i didn't contact them first? why do you think im here.... your service states 30 days no internet then you can cancel for free. Ive had nothing since 28th August im not entitled to cancel. Your contracts are already in question with Ofcom. Its entrapment.

@virginmedia no, spoke with your customer service team in India multiple times and they are no help either. Can you just cancel my contract?

@Stephen090704 @virginmedia do not expect any different ive been out of service since 28th august, the texts they send you arent even correct information anyway. They lie about the compensation scheme but took my new months payment whilst only supplying 1 week of the month. They just rely on T&C's.

@virginmedia Ive had no internet connection since 28th August, im trying to cancel my contract but your contracts only state 30 days no internet free cancellation which is why you are being took to ofcom. Your customer service team are useless and no help. somebody useful respond

@WhichUK @Ofcom I tried cancelling mine today as I had no service and they say it wont be fixed until the 30/09/23. So I asked to cancel it and they say they need 30 days in advance and a 293GBP cancellation cost for a service which doesn't work.

@Rach8N @virginmedia Rachel, I use them as a provider and I strongly suggest not to sign the contract. I've had no internet service which wont be back on until the 30/09/23 now and all they tried to do was upsell me to a business package. The cancellation for broadband for me is 293GBP.
