This is an absolutely brutal, shoddy pothole repair on Bennett’s Road this morning-a layer of asphalt over sand bags with plastic sticking out. We’ll have a story on this later but I just have to say this is at the top of the list of horrible road work I’ve ever seen. #nltraffic
