@How2Drink Still make your fat washed buttered rum every year. Came up with a drink for that stuff called the “Jamaican Pancake”. It’s a simple daquiri riff. 1oz lime juice, 1oz maple syrup, 2oz fat washed Jamaican Rum. Delicious imo
