We can see that atleast Ronova will act if the threat is growing too serious.

@Upupnup15968 @Scyrptor When you swap off a character mid attack, they will continue doing that attack even as you start playing your next character. If you do this during long animations, like Chisa's snip, you can play much more efficiently and maximise your damage.

This is called quickswapping.
