Great week! Students created different algorithms to solve the same problem; finding the “longest” and “shortest” path for Rosie to pick up both bones and make it home. #CSunplugged#CS4NM
Students created algorithms for drawing a crazy character. Then, they tested and improved their algorithm by challenging their teammates to follow their instructions and compare. #unplugged#CS4all
This week, K-2 added a keyboard and software to their computers! Students explored the differences between hardware and software, and how the two can interact. #computing#CS4NM#helloruby
Last week, K-2 grade used their imagination & brainstormed what the inside of a computer looks like in a very crafty & creative way! We also started reading Hello Ruby Journey Inside the Computer. #helloruby#CS4NM
Last week, 3rd-5th grade learn how patterns are used to communicate information electronically. They went on a Morse Code scavenger hunt to decipher the clues and learned how patterns of 1’s & 0’s are sent and received by microchips in our devices today. #technology
